Academic and Professional Qualifications and Experience 

• A full time post graduate degree / diploma in management / social sciences from a reputed institution.

• Preferably, 1-2 years of work experience in industry / similar employment generation related government projects with orientation in 

Market Research

Project Management
Public Relations, Networking and Professional Campaigns 

• Management Additional qualifications of research, publications evidencing the person’s interest and competencies in employment creation, economic development, rural economy, social development, large scale public service programs / project management will be an added advantage 

• Interest in diverse functional and programmatic responsibilities, as venture behavior.

• Interest in working with the government sector and initiate novel social interest projects on PPP. 

Compensation Package

• A consolidated package of Rs. 4-5 Lakh pa. However negotiable based on the qualification and proven experience in related sectors and competencies to deliver the expected results.

Position Details

1	Position Title 1: Program Manager Duration of Contract: initial 1year; extendable based on performance.Location:Hyderabad ;	Program Manager Reporting to: Mission Director , REEMAP position requires frequent travel to allocated geographies in the state for networking, overseeing and monitoring the effective implementation of Employment Generation Programmes.
2	MIS Manager Duration of Contract: initial 1year; extendable based on performance. Location:Hyderabad; .	Reporting to: General Manager, MIS, R EEMAP position requires frequent travel to allocated geographies in the state for networking, overseeing and monitoring the effective implementation of Employment Generation Programmes
3	Position Title 3:Assistant Program Manager Duration of Contract: initial 1year; extendable based on performance. Location:Hyderabad ;	Reporting to: Program Manager, REEMAP position requires frequent travel to allocated geographies in the state for networking, overseeing and monitoring the effective implementation of Employment Generation Programmes
