To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer's queries.
Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer need
Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Graduates -Freshers/ Undergraduates with experience.
Travel Process :
- Taking inbound calls for International travel process.
- Helping customers in booking air tickets and providing reservations.
- Passion for customer services and a flair for sales
- Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
- Should have presence of mind /Customer Care attitude
- Should be able to resolve customer queries
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
